Just your average watch enthusiast and collector. This channel is about trying to make engaging content where I discuss my experiences within the watch collection hobby. I try to remain open minded and look at quality of a watch over the brand name. My reviews cover homage watches mainly from China and compare them to OEMs like Seiko. The reviews are mainly around my own collection. I try to remain unbiased and I am not sponsored by any brand. Please enjoy, subscribe, like and definately leave a comment!

I have been wearing a Seiko Kinetic 150 Sport since 1995. I heard the labrador comparison before. You do become attached to them because they depend on you to keep them alive!
Nice one! I dont know if I love or hate the gold accent. By any chance have you tried to switch the bracelets with the SD1970? I have the SD but damn this bracelet looks awesome. Also I just heard that RDUNAE is launching the v2 of their Willard
It's definitely great to see this complication in a very wearable size these designs are usually much larger at least the ones I've seen Thanks for sharing my friend Be well and Stay Frosty 👍
This is so awesome. I’m still fairly new to collecting and there are several more “traditional” looking watches I want to get but this little guy is definitely an option for the future. Thanks!
The big difference is the spacing between applied markers and minute track. Not sure why? That extra space is the design element that makes the inspiration for this pop. !!
San Martin fan, just ordered this one for my 5th. Thank you for the great review, originally i was set on the blue sand dial but after reviews like yours, swayed my decision and paid a little extra for the Lapis Lazuli dial. Cheers!
The two color splitting in the bezel is not symmetrical. Definitely a shortcut Then I would have preferred white font on the date, but this is only a very personal preference. Thanks for the video
Please can we mod this watch ? Cant find details about compatible inserts ( i want aluminum not crapy ceramic) + compatible dials and hands. If you still have this watch i will be happy to know the information
Perfect?? The dial is way out of proportion to the case. The dial itself looks cheap and the logo is unspeakably bad. Looks like a tennis shoe logo. The lugs are too small and the rim too large. There you have it: A bad review together with a lot of hysterically positive ones.
Baltany is single handedly changing my mind about vintage watches (which I previously had zero interest in). Thanks for the great review of a great watch.
I like the outdoor reviewing style 👍. These are beautiful watches, I bought a Miyota 9039 centre seconds version last year and I love it (still only 10.5mm thick).
Thanks for the review man it actually is a pretty cool watch. 38 I would say no but this looks like it wouldn't matter at all. Are they regular spring bars there you can change out the strap?
Hey! What you do out there? Back to your attic! 😜 (you asked for it, you get it! 😂😂) Joke aside, like the new format, hope it's here to stay, but doubt with that lousy weather you have over there! 😜😂😂 (as i say, give a Brit a straight week of sunshine, they start crying, but i ain't sure cause of what they miss or missing the(ir) rain....... hahahaha!) Be well Zeb, cheers mate.
I’ve had one for a couple of months. It looks a mess! The strap is stained badly by the buckle. The bronze look is tarnished and just looks grubby. It loses a few minutes every day and has to be reset daily. I wouldn’t buy one again. Update: it also leaves green ‘metal’ stains on the skin of my wrist. I rate the IX&DAO brand, but this watch is awful!
Good simple looking San Martin watch and dial mainly for someone who needs to tell time with each number on the dial… Thank you for the channel and video.
From my personal experience of owning both I would say that Cadisen has better quality and attention to details. Cadisen also has better antireflective coating.
