Lego building channel. I do how to guides, mocs and more.
This is a very fun and family friendly page. I encourage viewer interaction and, I am always looking for new ways to achieve this. Weather it be by simply trying to respond to all comments or asking for your advice on how I can improve a build I am working on.

I just love the hyper realistic touches, this sets your airport apart even more than the size. Nice to see you care about the safety of your lego passengers with their hyper functional airport.
I want to use the 2L Bar (78258) as a candle, with an orange light popping out one end. Is this possible, or is it way too thin? I’m willing to make any needed modifications like drilling.
Well I wouldnt use a bar as they are very thin to drill, but you could use tubing easy enough. I sell 3mm tubing on my website and also micro mini leds that can be easily installed into it.
Brick Ross 😘. Nice of your colleague to gift such a vintage and nostalgic set. It’s difficult to come by the HO scale LEGO sets these days. ABS bricks have a much more professional logo and the cellulose acetate bricks are higher gloss
Can you add an 8 mm to power function connector cable to your products? That way we can pull power directly from the rails. Also we can use your other products to extend power down the train consists. Thanks
I already sell them they are listed with power supply options. Debated listing them individually as it seems most people have a hard time finding them. Here is a direct link. bevinsbricks.com/store/ols/products/power-supply-option
Knowingly, you built this some time ago, but I wish you would’ve made plans and put them on Rebrickable. I got 6 sets new in the box, but no plans. I’m not a MOC creator…LOL!
Im currently working on making it available again. Sent some test packages out today to see if I have finally resolved the issues I was having with customs.
Great tips. I am a collector of 1/64 scale cars. I have been looking using Lego blocks to make up building for photographing the cars I have. I have to work out the number of bricks to have something that works the scaling in this scale. I think it works out to 1" equals 5.3'. I have done a few buildings all ready (a small cube house and a garage). Judging by figure I have from a Greenlight casting, about 4 bricks high on a standard sized brick gives me the high that works. My house I have made now has a height of 3 regular brick plus a thin brick section. That makes it a hair short for the figures height. Both buildings are small so they can travel if needed for location pictures. I need a buiildi g size that allows the use of various scales vehicles ranging g from about 1/90th scale to 1/55 scale range. One can play around with distances to create a force perspective trick to hide the size of the building. It is bad as it is collecting dicast. Now addi g lego to the mix just adds another layer of storage needs!!! But is great how it adds to a scene when photographed. I have a number of test pictures already. If you are interested in seeing them, go to my description section of my profile. The email to contact me is there. Use the subject line Diecast Lego buildings so I know it is something g that is not spam.
I do drive by all the time :) been looking at buying a small one myself for my property. Would be awesome to work with lego, dont ever see that happening though.
Man that looks great. I’ve got that same set still in a box that I never parted out so I think I’ll do the same thing. That will go great in your town.
Being a fan of any farm related sets, Lego, does I normally go for them day 1, but this hasn't been on my list at all because technic isn't my favorite thing to build and I am actually hoping to get a few sets traded in soon to get my most wanted set of 2024 so I am actually able to get it without it coming out of my lego budget and I still hit my vip points goal as well.
I agree, I am usually not for the technic sets either, i got this purely because its farm related and thought it would be a easy mod. Its not perfect but still happy with the results. What set are you trying to get with your points ?
@BevinsBricksWorld I am going for the Gotham skyline set and hoping to get a bit cut off the Orient Express as well if I reach the $400 mark for points by Christmas. As of now, I just need to double vip the corvet and UCS 1966 batmobile along with double vip on the new modular, and I will have it. Doing all that and using my points for those 2 big sets will actually finish off all remaining plans for my bedroom.
Wow after your modifications you can't even tell this was a technic set. Very well done my friend. And yes I agree with the scale of your city this harvester fits the bill much better than the city set. The harvester in the city set is very much on the small side.
Thanks man, was trying to do as little as possible so it was still the set. The mocer in me wants to stary from square one lol. But yeah I was looking at some of the older sets and agree they seem way to small compared to everything else I have.
If you're going to make a field it has to be corn, not wheat. What you've got there is a forage harvester, it cuts down corn and chops it up to make silage. If you still what a wheat field though then you could see if you can get your hands on one of the old City combines from way back when or just make your own.
Thats good to know, then corn it will be. Wheat field harvesters have the large for lack of better words, large wheels on the front with bars in between right ?
@@BevinsBricksWorld Thats one way to describe it 😂😂 Yes, a grain head has (as you said “for lack of better words”) a rotary cutter bar, would it be possible to send you a photo on Instagram if it helps?
@@BevinsBricksWorld If you ever do a MOC of a rotary cutter bar for this harvester, let me know, I've wanted to make one since a wheat field will be much cheaper than a corn field...
