Thank you so much for posting this video. You explain this so clearly. I've been having problems with my right eyelid for 6 months now. Had a chalazion removed in november but still having dry eyes and my eyelid is still not the same either. Now after watching this video it think it might not be blepharitis but meibomaritis. Because those are the exact symtoms I'm suffering from. 😢

I went through eyelids swelling for at least 2 months. After seeing 3 doctors from ENT allergic dr. to eye dr. to ER. Finally I got eye antibiotics and now my eye’s feeling much better.
