I love your advice. I have added little luxuries to my life by having a bath on Friday mornings (this feels so decadent on a work day!) and also by serving all of my drinks in beautiful cups or glassware. It feels like a high end coffee shop or cocktail bar even though I am just at home… x
I really enjoy your tips and advice on slower living. My phone has become an extension of me that I never saw coming. Now trying to reclaim my life prior to social media.

I feel the same way! Definitely reducing my screen time this year especially that I constantly feel forearm pain from holding my iphone in front of me which is not a natural position for our hands and arms. Thanks for sharing! ♥

These were all very good tips, especially the one about decluttering your computer. I took the advice and reorganized both my iPhone and computer, keeping only the essential items. It feels like a weight has been lifted, and my productivity has definitely increased
