So I should be able to easily place (and leave it on there for as long as I need to) a large safe (1500-ish lbs) on top of this pallet dolly for easily moving around on concrete floors right? Worst case, I place a sheet of plywood on top of the dolly. Thoughts?
Hello, thank you for your interest in our pallet dollies. We offer pallet dolly models with capacities up to 8,000 pounds. The capacity will vary based on the application and the pallet dolly model selected. For more information, please see our website: www.magliner.com/product/dollies/pallet-dollies
Hello. You must remove the caliper before removing the wheel. Please see the the following parts diagram to see how the wheel is attached to the ControlPro Brake Truck: www.magliner.com/resources/assembly-instructions/B9540-HBT-diagram-single-axle.pdf . Please let us know if you have any questions.
Another Stupid full body condom video. How about show how it converts from one position to the next and accessories it works with right at the beginning and later show the morons the 3000 idiot ways to not hurt yourself at the end
I have to unload a 40,000 pound truck of food daily. So I was interested in this model for the 4th wheel feature to help balance the heavy load. Is there a way I can add brakes to this model ?
Do you still make this model or do you hust have to buy a hand truck and then buy all the parts for this afterwards? I looked on the website and don't see this model.
Hi Alex, this model is still available, but we have suspended the complete SS trucks from our website temporarily as we are facing supply challenges with this particular model. You may have success checking with one of our distributors. They may stock the model you are looking for. Here is a link to our dealer locator: www.magliner.com/dealer-locator/ . We also sell through distributors such as Amazon, Home Depot online, Grainger, Uline, Fastenal and more.
Instructions were easy enough for the basic hand truck i bought. I knew i put it together right but couldn't understand how i had two leftover fat washers but it explains in this vid. Hopefully this serves me well.
Sad that these are no longer available on the Magliner site. I have one and use it for moving arcade games. Two people at the Atlanta show wanted to order them, and that's when I discovered that they are no longer available. Supply issues? Will they return?
@@MaglineInc Thanks for response and attention. Means a lot. The difficult part was attaching the base and wheels. I ended up putting it together with Trial and error as someone else posted.
I am an arcade game collector and also manage games at the local barcade. I personally have one and I also got one for the barcade. Back savers, makes moving big heavy games easy. Far better than the heavy appliance dollies, even with outriggers. Also makes a great all purpose move anything hand truck, especially for heavier items. Absolutely worth the price.
To see what wheels you have, read the SKU part # on the tires (e.g. #131010) and then visit: www.magliner.com/comparative-wheel-data-link to find out details under that wheel SKU number. In the video the wheels are referred to as 1080, 1075, 1070, 850, etc but you can also get those numbers from stripping off the first two leading digits of the SKU #. For example, my 131010 wheels were "1010", so they belong to "other" as far as washer spacings go.
1/4" and 5/16" bolts don't seem to relate to the size of the wrench needed for tightening the nuts. Would naming them 7/16" and 1/2" for the nut sizes be more consistent?
By 1/4"-20, that refers to the diameter of the bolt shaft (1/4") and threads per inch (20). By 5/16"-18, the bolt shaft diameter is 5/16" and there are 18 threads per inch.
mine didnt come with directions only for the brake assembly which is still very vague! smfh🙄, there is 2 small square plates also that I have yet to figure out where they go or what they are for, its like you need a freakin degree to put this shit together, very ridiculous
this thing will hurt you if you are a small person. better to break down as soon as you can otherwise if the ground isn't flat, it'll take your entire body strength to push the damn thing into the store. and btw, no one ever neatly stacks them. 2 liters and 12oz 12pks are always mashed together, there's always something tips over or gets busted and leaks everywhere. i never had problems driving a side bay, now i have joint pains all over.
add a fu*&ed up parking lot (potholes, cracks, bumps etc) a ramp to get into the store. (also fu&^ed up) and a cooler you can barely walk into let alone take equipment in. Hand truck will win in these scenarios.
