Most of us forget that the Expos had winning records, both in 2002 and 2003 (83 wins - 79 lost, twice)... They finished second in 2002, behind the Braves. Not bad for a team that was meant to be moved in another city.
My mom Trevas cousin Larry Walker was her favorite baseball player. She passed away December 1st 2014. He was very close to larry walker JR and his dad
I would be realy realy happy if the human bean was young more then like in 15 -20 yere i wish that LEMIEUX was young in like 100 yeres so al the people in the world could se him play in like 50-60 yere I JUST LOVE ANnD ADOUR HIM SO UNBELIVEBEL MUCH KING OF KINGS GOD OF GODS MARIO LEMIEUX ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I AM MISSING 2 SEE HIM PLAY SO UNBELIVEBEL MUCH HE IS FOR ALWAYS THE GREATEST ISHOCKEY PLAYER IN THE HISTORY ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
size, skill, strength, speed, toughness - literally everything. At his peak he was better than Gretz....the numbers don't show it, but the numbers also don't show the injuries, cancer, finances of Pittsburgh and then the trap in the mid 90s. A far more skilled Pens team got trapped out of existence by the bottom feeding 96 Panthers in a disgusting display.
I'm sorry, but in today's game lemieux would be on par with mcdavid, if both of them were in their prime. The difference between star players and the rest of the league was way greater back in those days compared to today. Lemieux wouldn't crack 150 points.
Im not too sure what’s scarier for a goalie: seeing Gretzky plotting his next perfect assist, or Lemieux at the receiving end. I always felt Lemieux was more of a pure athlete. How many times can you get such a full package like that? But as I grew older I started to understand what made Gretzky such an impact player. He’s just 2 moves ahead of everyone. Cerebral assassin for real. Both legendary players!!!
