With the spaces you have to work in, I believe the plow size is adequate. Any bigger and I'm afraid you would be asking for trouble. Definitely would have to be really careful of hitting stuff and tearing up landscape. It did a nice job I think, may have to go back and forth more but at least it is easier to maneuver in tight quarters. Thanks for sharing !.
I don’t think the areas you work in would allow a bigger plow, what you could gain in width you’d be wasting in time trying to maneuver it around obstacles. You do great work with that blade and tractor combo
It may not be a bigger plow you need, but plowing more frequently. You will have to do the calculation for which one is more economic: New plow investment vs Increased fuel usage and man hours.
you are right, but the bigger plow will be better for the tractor. It requires a plowplate (Pflugplatte) and reinforcements. When there is onesided force on the plow you can severly damage the Frontlinkage! Thats the expensive worst case.
you definitely need a larger snow plow i know it is a major investment, with 40 cm of snow, it takes a long time with a small one, you push it away and it is full again behind you before you are done. Maby you do in day time cows or other animals and night snow so less sleep it will going break you you dont know how much snow or how long it wil snow ( its stay Austria tyrol you never know )
