And I got it 10days ago but I have applied since last year, got my Letter of acceptance January after the payment of $1500 before the pal was introduced. Along the line it was indicated that if I don't complete my first semester tuition fees I won't be giving PAL. If you are deferring to winter , make sure you balance up your first semester otherwise they won't attend to you.
