Me being a mechanic, i would have figured out what was wrong, and fixed it myself. A lot quicker and cheaper than loading it up and carrying back to the dealer. Had it been a major issue, yes, let warranty cover it. No matter what brand and price you pay, you will find some that slipped through the cracks in the QC dept.

The amount you paid for that mower is the same amount that I paid for my Scag Liberty Z with a 23 HP Kawasaki engine and I have about the same amount of hours as yours but mine has been trouble free and has a 5 year or 750 hours or which ever comes first so I think you should have bought a Scag

I just got mine 60 inch deck I have so many problems with it already from loose screws to locked rear wheel which I found out it was part of the break that was causing one of the wheels to lock on me overall I am very disappointed I guess I'll be returning mine for a full refund

The brown on the board are the electrolytic capacitors leaking out. Since you’re already in there soldering it’s wise to go ahead and replace those.

You just heat a pin and push in plastic part of broken jack pin

Question, hope you still get messages. I threw an EP27 into my 1995 ZJ. All lights are LED in the whole rig. The EP27 slowed it down to normal, so no more hyper flash. However, it also keeps clicking now. Slowly. But won’t stop. Lights done flash with it, but the relay is still clicking. Thoughts?
