This looks like a high quality mount however in all the pictures I've found online I do not see a way to attach coax to the mount. Am I not seeing something or is there another piece I would need to buy?
How are you going to attach an HF antenna to it? It has a 3/8-24 mechanical mount BUT ... that's it. I assume you have to replace their mount with something else you have??? 73 KJ6ER
Hello, If are not sure what direction the cell tower is or the distance, would it be best to go with the omni antenna vs the Yagi? The outside signal is decent, but the signal is non-existent inside the house with metal siding. Thank you in advance.
The amplifier that provides wattage to the antenna, so its more than just a passive device trying to get signal. Can you mention what MHZ frequencies/bands it able to do? i.e 600-4000mhz. Can you customise what you want etc? This is useful, as I want one, but as I know the the particular tower that is the best, and the exact frequencies I would want them, to be boosted. Kind of key detail.
So if I wanted to get the signal from my wifi from my house to use at my work, how can I do that? Do I need to have that Antenna at my work or at the house pointing to my work area or how could I do that?
Love the idea and the build fellas. Chris looked like he came close to throwing his back out when he yanked the thing from the truck lol :) I want one!
