hey kristy, did you feel safe in LA / where you stayed? i'm from canada as well and plan to travel to LA soon and was wondering about your opinion as i've heard mixed reviews from others from canada
hey! that's a really good question - within LA we stayed at Hotel Per La, which a friend of mine who goes to concerts often recommended since it would be close to the stadium when we went to KCON. It felt safe if you're just going in/out via car or we used uber, and we did walk around a little bit to nearby cafes/restaurants but other than that we were advised to just stay off the streets if possible. Especially since we stayed near DTLA but I heard that closer to the financial district side is better! hope this helps ☺
