I can't wait to see what's next!! I know it's so hard to start new things to improve our lives, it almost sounds impossible and sometimes it's because we're too anxious or we lack self-confidence to go all the way through our projects but I know we can still do our best! We really deserve to be the main characters of our own lifes and I can't wait to see what we can all achieve! ❤

Actually this really made me think of the way i do it. İ only wrote the days in my weekly spreads, and that is the most efficient and used part for me. But adding an empty bar to write the things i want to do that week -like other then a day - was sonething i never did and i think it might solve my problems?? İ mean it seems obvious but i never thought of it??? So thank youu???!!! Like i tried to keep it simple but personalizing it can be simple too !! Thank you saz saving mental healths as always
