I can do on car paint to right now

Been using since 2014. Its great just add lots of coats so when you remove it, it will be strong enough to tear all at once. Also you can add coats months or years after you put the first coat on to add more layers. Just clean the current dipped wheels.

6-8 coats is what you want on wheels not including glossifier coats.

the part that actually hits the tyre when you are painting it.... how do you avoid the whole layer coming out together (tyre + rim) when you are taking it off??

I recommend removing the grill 80 grit, sandpaper edge, primer and thin paint, it would last way longer.

I dont think any paint can stick to chrome surface for long

That is because you need 1 can per wheel. You have nowhere near enough on that wheel. I promise.

Need 1 can per tire. That is why I see people with chipped wheels everywhere. Do it right man.dont just rush.

I did hiper dip my car grill the same way, left the emblem chrome.

Chrome doesn't even look bad, but damm does black look good
