I used a glue gun to glue the felt on top and also around the box but you can use any type of glue that will stick the felt to the box. Tacky glue or Fabri-Tac glue may also work. 😊
Do you include a seam allowance when making the pattern. Since the hand stitching is so close to the edge can you just make a pattern and sew it, or do you need to make your Patterns slightly larger for seam allowance space?
I don't use a seam allowance I sew the sock material together with a cross over stich and then I sew a straight stich close to the edge, If you use a larger sock you could include a seam allowance. 😊
