You have to face away from the enemy, then time pressing the bumper to switch characters almost frame perfectly. It's frame perfect on consoles as far as i know. Then just a standard chicken glide. The LCU speedrunning discord will have more info: discord.gg/JETtFur

The time starts the frame the level loads and ends the frame the ribbon disappears for a final time of 59.767. I have beaten this with this run( ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Dr9slXlzgI4.html) and plan to do much more with this game soon.
