Nope, putting off the decking on a job until today because of the wind didn't take 2 seconds... It took about 6 and a half hours to get the whole roof decked with less wind.
One of you really ought to consider moving, if you haven't already. And I say this truly because I want it to work out for you. I know you will probably say I'm wrong, and that it's different for you, but I promise it's not. Long distance relationships just don't work long-term. Do what you can and try to find a way to make that close distance.
My 8 year still going strong long distance relationship would beg to differ. I'm sorry but you don't know what you are talking about. It's the same as any normal relationship. It either works or it doesn't. A long distance relationship may be more difficult but it's not for the reason most people tend to think. The difficulty isn't that it puts a strain on the relationship it's more difficult because you miss being near each other. At the end of the day however if that person is willing to wait then it's very clear they are a keeper because you know for sure they are invested.
