This video helped a lot… I never realized I would switch to wrist grip midswing on my forehands before you mentioned this since I was trying so hard to stop the movement of my racket and didn’t follow through correctly. This explains why I used to have skin peeling. I would have never noticed this even if I reviewed my own gameplay… thank you coach!
