Very nice home and its a plus that its west of Lincoln. But, I know you guys are not true locals/natives so you obviously dont know this, but VENICE is NOT "Venice Beach". Your title is very misleading. If its a home on the Boardwalk or Speedway you can call it "Venice Beach" but if not, just say Venice. Thanks.
in the completion in the area arrival in the studio profomance in the afternoon for notice of player and the information of the professional art studio 🎙️😀
The houses in front are about 100ft away and sit about 50' below the main house, well below view. And the hoses either side are elevated above and below so you're actually very private.
Welcome Back!! Awesome House and priced pretty well👏🏽.. The only concern for me is the surrounding area and privacy with the next door neighbors plus safety since too many home invasion robberies in LA but love the house😍
1:51 kudos to the stunt driver touring the Hollywood hills in reverse! Your camera person couldn't have taken another 10 seconds to reshoot that shot without a car so your editor wouldn't have has to use the reverse pan?
Guys Back with a bang. You've changed, your comments during the tour had me craking up, the garage middle finger to those who complained, the large balcony ideal for a rolled item 😂😂 step system (stairs) and the one that made me share the coffee I had in my mouth with my coffee table and light coloured rug (backend) guys 😂😂😂. About the property my favourite I would feel just fine being in that home on my own, the outside area was so lovely, so many different parts to it, BBQ, dining tucked around the corner, sitting, lounging, that area with the trees room to sit amongst them for me the outside had everything without being over the top. The only thing I would change would be the window in the bathroom I would love to lay in that bath and see out the window, that window was huge, the way it was staged the ceilings never seen anything like that loved it. Great comeback, both looking good as usual but I must say Dougal your looking more defined nice. I always watch you more than once to catch things I missed, ok I'm off to clean my rug 😂😂😂
Ha!! Your poor rug Shell! I'll have Dougal tone it down for the next one, he gets over excited when it comes to garage space! Glad you enjoyed it and thanks as always for the comments - we love hearing from you! Hopefully we'll be rolling out one of these a month going forward!
NO NO NO don't tone it down it was great, it felt real and unscripted and so so funny words not associated with property tours, Rug is stained but worth the laughs you gave me. Looking forward to the next one again welcome back. Take care
Welcome welcome welcome back GUYS , I must say I've not watched it yet its 7.16 in the morning just getting my coffee and throw blanket to settle on the sofa to watch you both, its dark and grey in England ( norm ) anyway good to see you back, I do hope that things are getting better and your feeling better. I will leave another comment after I've watched it a couple times.
Hi Shell, We're back - unfortunately we had an illness and death in the family last year we were dealing with, but hoping to start putting oine out monthly going forward - full tour dropping this week! Lovely to hear from you!
I’ve been watching this house for over a year now and it’s in my top 20 for purchase. The movie theater was an obvious afterthought and would require a remodel/upgrade. Also, window coverings and parking need to be addressed. There’s many similar homes in the area ranging from $15M to $35M, some were built within the past 2 years. Thanks for the review.
Thanks, I think when you;re in there the movie theater works well actually - it flows through nicely from the rest of the entertainment space but agree it could be uplifted a bit. The parking is ok for the hills in this area, but you could always add a two car ramp in the garage? There are a lot of other similar homes though, you are correct. Since ULA tax come in the high end market in LA has stagnated - its definitely a buyers market right now! Want to make them an offer?
Hi Aaron, great comment, and fair point. I actually love the simplicity of the staircase, and the detail and welding up close is top notch. I wish we’d shown it a little better in the video. Thanks for watching.
We definitely have a style. The Encino build was similar, but was all in plane white oak and elephant tusk, this one had bleached walnut cabinetry. Which one did you prefer?
@@thatpropertyshow I'm not sure the smash and bash suits, but Kudos to Stokes for the entertaining declaration in Test 1 (WHYYYYYYYYY ?) and his brilliant Bazball innings... BUT, your bowlers are not good enough to be yapping at Smith and co. YMMV
I am looking for A mansion in berverly Hills close to the Saban Theater in Berverly hills in Wishire boulvevard so I will like to own this mansion. What is the process of ownership?
Hi guys hope all is good with you both. Just want to say I AM GETTING WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS Any idea when your back just thought I'd ask so I can stop pulling my hair out. It's been Soooo Looong Miss ya kinda sort of little bit, come back soon.😊😊
Music to my ears, glad your both ok, my hair took a battering shopping for wigs today 🤣🤣🤣 Looking forward to what you both have in store for us see you soon.
Great great house no doubt, but it's overpriced considering the location and the current real estate market environment and rising interest rates, between 9 million and 9.5 million would be a more reasonable price.
HA.. good luck... dont come crying to the federal government when that house burns down in a year. Why would you build again when you literally know it will burn down? Watch, then it will be the public job to pay to clean up your mess.
Hi Adam, thanks for your comment. Your concern is definitely warranted - luckily post fire a huge amount of work has gone into reducing not only risk of future fires of this magnitude, but also the requirements put on to builders to ensure nothing like this ever happens again. Brush clearance is obviously very important as well as the banning of certain types of plants and trees (Palms for example can no longer be planted in Malibu) to reduce brush fires. The homes themselves are also built with non combustible materials and totally sealed - a huge amount of the homes that burnt down in the Wolsey fire were started from embers getting in under open eaves - all siding now has to be backed by dense glass or non combustible material.
Quite possibly. The house was built c.13 years ago. We undertook a major remodel on the property in 2021. Prior to us the property did have a number of celebrity guests leasing it.
Hi guys another lovely house, I loved the staging very stylish and elegant. Lots of glass to much for me but everything else I love, its just a beautiful space. As usual looking forward to next time
We had 4 full price offers at just a week on market so others obviously agree with your sentiment. Thanks for your kind comment, we appreciate it. More incredible homes coming soon.
Is it possible to add a third floor to this property? If so, it looks like it may block the neighbor's view. Are there any code restrictions to do so? I appreciate your time and reply. Thank you.
Thanks for your comment. The house uses a lot of solid oak and cedar to give it a clean, natural feel. These materials are actually very expensive, much more than a lot of the synthetic materials you see in a lot of these homes, but the simplicity of it may well be the reason for why you feel like that. We have another house we're touring next week in the Bird Streets which is a bit more glitzy, which may be more to your taste so please stay tuned and let us know what you think.
Hello again guys again another beautiful property, this is the first property that I've loved with all that lovely wood it is styled so well that furniture is on point. The outside area off the dining room is so massive loving the horizontal rail which is carried to the inside I could go on and on but just loved it all. And I would like to say that you both looked particularly fine in this episode yep fine. As always looking forward to the next on.
Yes, Private driveway is shared with the neighboring property - lots of homes in the Hills have similar access issues - this one has a very nice road though and is very super secure.
