1st thing 1st all these projects e getting launched in INDIA that is bharat so don't u think they should comeup with indian/hindi/sanskri names ATLEAST for their residencial project,kitna weird lagega when we tell someone the name of our society, its is wired n insulting at the same time ,plz pass on my msg/feedback to the builders/developers sir
He is an arrogant dealer. Called him for a querry related to DLF Ultima itself , he straightway asked for the budget. I said around 2cr, so he said dilwa denge kuch ultima to 3.30 ka h sir ab. I was like dude i get flats in Shapoorji paloonji and Shoba on expressway in this budget. So he said this is the best in gurgaon and rates will go to 4 cr. I said is se better delhi me le lunga me to which he replied are delhi bhi sasta lagne laga h ab gurgaon ke samne. His arrogance costed him 10cr worth of business from me. I was looking forward to settle in gurgaon but these stupid brokers with arrogance and attitude brushed away genuine buyers like me. I have now settled in Porsche locality of North delhi in the same budget, and will further move in south delhi only in future. Gurgaon market will make these dealers humble one day. And even then I won't be moving to gurgaon.
Overhyped market currently, provide single parking with flat, a person purchasing 2 cr worth will definitely have at least 2 cars, then maintenance cost, after that no resale after 10,15 years
Wait for sometime, the price is highly inflated.Generally new projects r expensive than old ones. All new projects in New Gurgaon are around 12-15k /sqft but this old one is at 17k/ sqft. It shud be ideally around 13k / sqft,about 2.8 is the the real worth of this flat.
Sir kya baat kar rahe ho aap, price abhi 10 cr ho jayega is property ka...jaake to dekho, kherki toll hatt gaya, modi ji yaha hi chai becha karte the bachpan me, Bestec Ananda ke aage wali road ko to dekho aap jaake sir mazza a jayega dekh ke ki kitna pareshan hote h log. These dealers are scavengers.
