Doesn’t work for me, I go to settings and move the slider across but it doesn’t stay set once I exit the settings. Every time I go back to the settings it is off.
@@ana21324 Thanks, I am glad it isn’t just me. Strangely I seem to remember a tree appearing on the first screen of the App after the update but it disappeared.
Der hohe Eigenverbrauch von 200W (Standby warm) ist für mich nicht erklärbar. Entweder hat man bei der Entwicklung einfach auf die Effizienz vergessen, oder die Ingenieure haben es einfach nicht besser hinbekommen. Andererseits muss man auch sagen, dass viele andere Hersteller nur den "kalt" Standby angegeben und keiner genau weiß wie hoch der Eigenverbrauch bei reinem Hybrid- oder Inselbetrieb tatsächlich ist. In der FoxESS Anleitung steht leider auch nicht, was genau mit "hot standby" gemeint ist.
Worst Product. It uses too much in self consumption. There’s a 20ms Delay in switching. It’s not a real time Hybrid. Avoid. Highly dissatisfied Customer

Fox, you do realise that flying has very high levels of CO2 emissions. Using this as an analogy for a company aiming to improve sustainability is a very odd way of going about promoting yourselves.
They do not offer any assistance to their disabled customers while trying to sort out the software. You are left on your own..............fed up with them. Once they have your money that is it!!!

One bit of information I can't find anywhere is how to unplug that connector, plenty of information about what connections are on it. Does it twist quarter turn how does it unplug?

The h/w might be good but the software is rubbish. They can't do software. They could just support home assistant software as an alternative to their own very poor cloud based service. Sadly they don't.

@@foxess5669 Sadly your new app is still broken. I want to be able to run it locally so when your servers are down I can still control my system. Also: It doesn't report server errors correctly (or at all). It doesn't give a real time display. It doesn't allow me to set a charge to xx percent. It says it updated x minutes ago... but that might mean hours ago because the update message err... doesn't update. If I update the home page and swipe right... it doesn't update the info on that page. It requires I agree to changed terms of service to see basic info *ON EQUIPMENT I ALREADY OWN* I could go on to list the other problems but you don't listen, you don't reply to emails, you clearly don't really want customers at all.
