Great video! Great info! This was just what I was looking for, I’m building coaching programs for neurodivergent (autism, ADHD, OCD, etc) people and people who deal with things like depression and anxiety, and work with them on how to manage with work/life balance, learning life/home skills, etc. Living with things like ASD and ADHD or depression and anxiety, regular day to day tasks like cleaning, playing bills, meal planning and cooking, self care, etc can feel impossible and can cause a ton of pain when you can’t manage those things.

This was helpful! Biggest takeaway: (1) leverage your skills; (2) if you manage the value and the process of achieving results, it will be easier to manage your time and generated income. I appreciate you and this insight! Definitely going to put these to use! Bless ❤
