This is just a bunch of nonsense and if anyone is using EVV with medicated/champs it starts September 3 2024 check your email..they want a person to download the app and clock in and out from the app and the app will let the company know the person location. .
EVV was created by the government because it thinks poor people, especially poor black and brown women, are not to be trusted. They worry about this because they know they are not paying fair wages to begin with. As far as I am concerned it’s just another example of petty paternalistic government control.
Can you explain how to buy a home care agency in states with licensure requirements such as New York ? How does the buyer go around obtaining or getting the license transferred?
@midnull state wide in the United States of America, it's for every caregiver unless the person live with you then they will put that person with a different program..
This is going to be a struggle for providers that work with people that don't have Wi-fi or a LAN cable, some areas don't even have good signal and have lag/disconnection issues and hopefully the servers don't crash the first day of using the app; I understand the precautions and making sure everything is in order but just seems a bit much to go into details on a daily basis, hopefully there is more information provided for people that speak english and non-english speaking.
So go pay another $50-80 dollars Extrra a month for internet service while getting minimum wage got it no thanks it was great working for my recipient for 2 months this it to much for me
@@laqueciaweaks4117I’ve been doing for 6 years I’m gone this is ridiculous we all know we do way more than we are paid for and this is just a way to screw us over I will be quitting as soon as this starts.
Where I am, home care work is paid at $4/hr over minimum for our state. Massachusetts pays $15 an hour minimum. I am making 19 per hour... Wherever you are, if you are not making at least $2 or more per hour more than minimum, you need a different job.
How does it work from my sister cell phone. Because. It's. Saying it's. Not. Going through. I have the button. That. She push when she comes. And. When she leaves. Need. Help. On. This. She puts. In. My. Id
