Making videos about car related content. I own a 1965 Lincoln Continental, 1990 GMC Sierra 1500 Shortbox 4x4, 1985 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28, and a 2021 Polaris Sportsman 570, 2022 Honda Navi, and 2023 Honda Grom! Check out my videos and please SUBSCRIBE! Thanks!
I just put a brand new 383 stroker in my 1987 GMC high Sierra, long bed single cab, it's got the original bed and you wouldn't know it unless you see it but the bed dumps rated for 3 ton dumps 😂
How's that 570 doing for you? Looking at 570's vs Yamaha Grizzly- pricing is sure favorable on the Polaris! I'm south of Mandan. That Lincoln Continental is insane!
@@billz410 thanks! As for the 570, it’s been good to me so far. The power isn’t anything great but it’s plenty for what I need. It’s cool to see some local people watching!
Good job, i was concerned about the factory turn signals remounting; your video explains and shows this very well. I'm not real fond of the rake angle of the lic plate, cops might not like it either. Do you suggest angled spacers at the attachment point under the seat or maybe just bending the plate bracket?
I live near a downtown area and am a new rider. What a new rider needs to be careful of with the Navi, is that, while it's not a fast bike at speed, that little shit is quick 0-30 and involves a little practice with throttle control if you've never ridden and are still learning balance. When the light turns green, she wants to GO.
Hope you undertand the amount of work and dollars, MAJOR dollars it would take to rehab this. I say restore it to original, though it is not mine. If you restomod, less is more. Seen some really great slab Lincoln restomods whers they backed up the Brinks truck, but they were muted touches, where many things were upgraded, but they kept the basic aesthetic of the car. Dollars? You could easily drop 50k on the car and 80 percent chance much more than that.
Beautiful Continental. When I was very young, my grandfather, who was a plant manager at Ford, drove a new Continental, Mark III and Mark IV throughout the 60’s and 70’s. He was issued a new lease car every year. The year he retired, he was driving a fully loaded, dark green 1976 Thunderbird. I loved those Lincoln’s even though I had no idea what it meant to drive a luxury car. When I was 4 or 5, my favorite place to sit was on the folding rear armrest. It was the only way I could see out the windows. The only thing he really had to choose every year was the color. A few years when a family wedding was approaching, he’d pick white so the car could be used in the wedding. They just don’t make them like this anymore.
Just a heads up for checking your oil level. When you put the stick back in to check oil, don't screw it in. It wasn't designed that way. Just put it up to it so it seats and then pull to check level. Then, of course, cross-thread it back in when you're done...
For people outside the US maybe buying in China is a good option because you can find the clone for 20$ and in my country a full set of the 3M 6800 can cost from 230$ (only the mask) to up to 300$ some companies can charge up to 400$ for one keep in mind the base month wage for us is 281.57$ as of today so if you live in a lesser fortunate county sometimes it just doesn't make sense
How much hp was the cam worth I have a c5z your engine without the cam is pretty much the same mine is stock so I'd like to see what i could expect realistically from a cam similar to yours leaning towards ms3 Cam
Keep in mind this is wheel hp as opposed to crank hp. I basically made my ls1 a ls6 with the heads and intake and then added the cam. My car had headers and full exhaust as well. If you did the cam, headers, exhaust you would be right around the same hp. My tuner definitely took a conservative approach tuning it imo. I feel there was definitely power that could have be pushed out of it. Overall, I loved the cam and I’m glad I went with the stage 3 vs stage 2 from BTR.
@@ModdedProjectsGarage yes... Unfortunately we lose 10-15% horsepower sure to the drivetrain... More than likely going with the ms3 headers and crossover and a hi ram
