Try to be the carer for your mentally ill, now alzheimer mother who abused you during your whole life. It’s ironic. I’ve done so much healing, i can see her as the little angry and abandoned child she is, she never grew up. I can’t love or like her after everything, but she has nothing without me. She’s completly dependent and i cannot do what she did to me, so i treat her withh kindness and understanding. And she told me; i feel so safe with you. Something she never made me feel. Not for one second. But yes, it’s affecting my health and still angels; you keep throwing things my way to solve around her… When all i want is to focus on my life- please guide me on how to find freedom again.
