this is fantastic not only for charge man himself but chargeman clones in mm5 hacks, which there are plenty of to have no-damage battles against for retroachievements. he's always been one of the very hardest bosses to no-hit for me because I never could get a grasp on how to jump over him without him just.. running under you mid-jump and making it impossible, this helps a ton

Nico Thulin. This comment is a personal message to you. On behalf of my channel… on behalf of the last 5 years of my life… thank you. Thank you for everything you’ve done. It was around 2019-2020 when I first discovered the Mega Man franchise. I had a copy of Super Smash Bros for the Wii U, and there were a bunch of demo games. One of them was for Mega Man 2. I was instantly fascinated. So, when quarantine happened, I started getting into the Mega Man series in particular by watching playthroughs of all the original games. In fact, this interest in Mega Man went on to partially define 2020 for me. I was already into Mario games for a long time, but when I discovered your channel around the pandemic, it changed me. It gave me new sights. New outlooks on life. New ways to critically approach subjects. And I was only 14. I was influenced by many RU-vidrs as a kid, such as Nathaniel Bandy, Ceave Gaming, NicoBBQ, and more. But you? You are special. I binged watched your evaluation series. In 2020, I must have watched 100 or so NE videos. Even in 2021, I still binged. In 2022, the times I viewed your channel started to grow further apart, but I was still having a blast each time I did. I will never forget your evaluations of Unlimited. Super Fighting Robot. Rock n Roll. Rokko Chan. Mega Pony. Rosenkreuzstilette. Nezumiman. I also love your articulate and “rough” approach to constructive criticism. I love how you are fairly harsh on games, while still maintaining respect for those who disagree or agree (dislike and like buttons!). After all, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. You were a massive influence on me, and the more I watched your videos, the more I realised how much I could actually love life. Seriously, you were one of the few lights that lit up what could’ve been a gloomy, sad period in my life. But thanks to you, and a few other things, I’m willing to say that 2020-2022 was the peak of my happiness, and the peak of my prime. I always wanted to do the same thing as you, but with Mario games. But now, I realise that it’s probably far too late. The internet has descended to an incredibly low place. Saturated. Full of content farms, greed and it’s just a competition to see who can get the most views in the shortest amount of time. RU-vid is a tormented wasteland nowadays, and something tells me that it probably will not get better. But in any case, thank you. Thank you so much for the beautiful, and hilarious content. The only positive thing I see in my big phone (iPhone 15 pro max) is that the keyboard is big enough for me to type somewhat reliably. Although I still keep my iPhone 5s because of how perfect the screen size was for a typical user. Too bad they discontinued the minis
24:02 Does the fire button seriously do nothing in the menu in MM3 Wily Wars? In the original MM3 pressing fire at any time would choose “next” and flip you to the other page. It was the saving grace of the entire menu system of that game.
That fellow you mention 3 minutes in, whom stayed subscribed and oddly hovers thru here sounds strangely familiar. I bet he was ignorant of how dire the situation was fot your wonderful channel here and erroneously assumed you ran out of or were burnt out on MM fan game content. Plus he must be getting back into Casoolvaineea series and so have those fan games on the forefront of his beady little mind. ;)
You could literally just have bought a small phone if you did some research. I bet you searched for small phone or something on google and got served an ad for the iphone mini.
In the Micro-Mike description, the "flea, and" is NOT a strike. It's two separate independent clauses "He's only the size of a flea" And "It's difficult getting from here to there" It's "optional", I guess? But certainly not outright incorrect.
I like modern screen sizes because it makes everything easier to see. In terms of phone games I don't play much, mostly just played the classic sonic games on mobile to practice time trials and kill some time while in a waiting room. Audio off of course. Don't wanna be THAT guy. Also played The World Ends With You, a game which was formerly a DS game so it's well suited to touch controls. I don't particularly care for traditional mobile games as I get burned out of the grind rather quickly. Don't need a crazy fancy camera either. I care mostly that my phone can run apps without lag. My old college moto g collapsed on itself trying to run google maps late in its life, but my modern one runs everything smoothly which is all I care about. I just use a regular Pixel 6 and that works for me.
