Another great review, Mike! The day I saw your teaser that this was coming, I saw this Wednesday cereal in the store. Due to covid, my sense of smell changed nearly 2 years ago. (I don't remember if I told you this already)That was the only symptom I got! Then at Christmas 2023, I got it again with mild symptoms and it changed my sense of taste! That's even worse! Hardly anything tastes good to me now! I do however, enjoy sweet things, not necessarily fruit but cookies and mango juice. I got myself some Froot Loops after your review because I had been craving them for a long time anyway and sadly, due to 'long covid', they do not taste good to me. Also sadly, neither did Wednesday Cookies and Cream.....the first day....the second day, I could taste the chocolate and pretty much enjoyed a small bowl of it. My husband likes the cereal though, just like you did! He puts in some Bran Buds and says that they go together well. ;) Thanks for the fun! I'm glad you enjoyed Wednesday's Cookies and Cream!
I believe this is a legitimate Italian coffee roaster. Here in California, these beans are sold in Eataly, a trendy market with all things Italian, for quite a premium. I tried the Crema 800 as an espresso and really enjoyed it on its own and as a latte.

@@mikepetersen1494 I tried it and wasn't a fan. It was light, weak and had a weird after taste and wasn't dark/strong enough. Even the wife didn't like it. So far the perfect coffee is Seattle's Best Portside #4 blend. No acid and strong. I have Italy's Kimbo next to try.
As I kid, I remember shopping @ Loblaws, Dominion and Horizon. Horizon was a grocery/department store in one, as I recall. We lived in Toronto for a bit in the 70's
That stuff is pure crap, there’s like 10 to 12 g of sugar per serving and I mean processed sugar. It’ll spike your insulin in the morning make you feel hungry an hour later and then your pig out all day stuff is not healthy and not good for you.
I went to the grocery store this morning for my girlfriend. Because she was craving peanut butter cereal. So we're it peanut butter cereal, so we decided on this. It has little to no peanut butter flavor so cheap man, I missed the 90s.😢
Oh, no. Never would I ever make coffee in a microwave! I make my coffee in a single serving French press, and I use the digital timer on my oven to help me with the steeping time. I always let it sit for exactly 4 minutes.

That's too bad, its my go to brand now. But, i drink lattes and mochas. I use a moka pot and then use ice cream to richen it. I used to work in the vending business and tried all types of bean to cup machines. I'm too lazy to grind beans so i use ground. For some reason this brand makes a perfect espresso type puck in my moka pot. Maybe as straight coffe it's not good.
Life cereal is my favorite. Too bad it contains 70% of RDA of iron in one serving (1 cup). Too much iron is not good for men, especially if they have high hemoglobin levels.
