Long gone days from the past. Now days if you need a replacement part you must give Klipsch all your personal data and serial numbers before they will even give you the middle finger. A few of their speakers are worth keeping forever but good luck with getting any customer service from this company.

I don't understand the video is titled 2018, but Klipsch's 75th anniversary was 2022. Must be a mistake. Awesome animation. I own a pair of 70th Anniversaries which I bought new when they came out. The first ever serial production factory built KHorn variant with the sealed bass-bin. I like to call them an "AK5.5" model as they aren't an AK6 but have improvements over the previous open back AK5. I'd like to see Klipsch re-introduce a sealed cabinet Heresy, at least as an option for AK6, La Scala or Cornwall owners to use as their center channel. The rear porting effectively eliminates the ability of the Heresy 4 being used as a center speaker due to boundary gain/placement issues. The KHorn, Hersey and Cornwall are forever connected historically and hope Klipsch doesn't lose sight of that. The new Ojas collab speaker looks wonderful too. Keep up the good work.

Still got my GMX-A promedia 2.1 bought in 2004. Twenty years later they are still speaking as in their first days. Great job Klipsch. My only regret is to not have bought their dedicated stand-up feet.

description and details are much appreciated. (for such presentations, please tone-back the volume and persistence of background sound track - it’s too loud and intrusive)

There's a lot touched on here. I think that I've heard correctly about some great upcoming enhancements to the Heritage Line of speakers. If I heard correctly, there is a full range Klipschorn and LaScala in the works. There is also a horn loaded subwoofer and home theater center channel speaker in the works for the Heritage Line of speakers. All of this leaves a me wanting to check out these new products. The only other thing that I could wish for is if Klipsch brought back oiled oak as a finish option on the Heritage speakers. Great video.

Muzeum? Mine is still working just fine. Changed the potentiometer yesterday for the second time after the last change back in 2018 and also the outdated potentiometer encoder knob cap for a more modern look or is that retro. The 8-pin A10k 15mm half-shaft potentiometer makes the control pod sound smooth again. The 3-pin potentiometer for the bass is still the original and not affected by the cracking. Would like to change it but it does not have any reference on the top for how many ohms are needed. If anybody knows. Just leave a reply to this comment. Tq. BTW the nine pin Din cable is irreplaceable so TAKE CARE OF IT!! Update: Nvm about checking the ohms on the bass pot because I can use my multimeter to do that. Its B50K ohms.

The best part is the dude at the end that hooks them up and tests them then creates the sticker that proves the provenance for collectors years down the road.

I am a fan of the Klipsch industrial series and I have in my collection the main models of the industrial family (Heresys, La Scala, MCM1900). I am in the process of restoration and I would like to know what type of finish or texture they should have, in advance, thank you.

Thx for sharing this. Brings back memories from around this time when I was a Klipsch dealer and was invited to Hope by my friend and Klipsch rep., John Miller. That trip included some Paul supplied class training at the factory, of course a spin in the anechoic chamber as well as a visit to Paul and Valerie's home for a piano recital comparing a Bösendorfer and Steinway Grand Piano as well as some Paul made recordings on his K-horns . Didn't know it/realize at the time, but what a privilege. First time I had tasted catfish and still chuckling at the memory of dinner at a local restaurant that didn't take credit cards and all the various Klipsch folks in attendance, digging into their respective pockets to get enough cash together to pay the substantial bill.

Hey, @1:09 that looks like my dad's old Bogen Challenger amp - but the chassis is deeper. Which model is it?
