I love triangle strategy but yeah extremely bad title for a game. I don’t know if you want to be told what the title refers to so don’t keep looking if you don’t . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . It literally just refers to the scales of conviction’s 3 pillars and the three nations. It’s not a cool title drop or anything.
Checking your video because besides a faq not many info about what the details of the game in many missions 😂, for example some random dude with a portrait was the son of a party member 🤔 And yes, 4:05:15 "random" numbers in games are suspicius at best, like it calculates before you move and doesn't matter who attack what you will miss unless you have more %
I'm sure you explained this already in one of the previous videos but for jobs like say the Squire and Chemist. If you were in those jobs with the units who wouldn't remain in them, would those units still be allowed to use the abilities and skills of those 2 jobs while they're in them, since those are 2 jobs that you rolled?
Would you be willing to do a 4/5 job fiesta challenge for FFXII:The Zodiac Age (the one where it inserted job classes, instead of just the plain license board)? I'm downloading the game for the Switch and am gonna try the challenge myself. Along with my other challenges for FFT, the Ramza +4 monsters run, the Dark Knight only run, and the 4/5 job challenge. (I put 4/5 because I can't decide if I want to do either a 4 or 5 man/job challenge.)
2:56-2:57 I played FFXI:Online for the Xbox 360 before they shut down the servers. 😢 Sucks too, because I enjoyed my character, a Dark Knight/Puppeteer class. I bought the game used (didn't know it came with a pass code that once used was no longer usable), so I had to go and buy a brand new copy, only for them to shit down the Xbox 360 servers couple of months after I got the game. 😡
3:14:33-3:14:43 I'm thinking about doing one myself (on the WotL Android version), just not sure if I want to do a 4 job or a 5 job run. Also, not sure how to do the job selection. Should i choose all jobs right away or do them like in FF5, Chapter One - Wind Crystal: Squire (heh, Suppin), Knight, Monk, Thief, White Mage, Black Mage, and Oracle (Blue Mage) Chapter Two - Water Crystal: Wind Crystal + Time Mage, Summoner, and Calculator (Red Mage). Chapter Three - Fire Crystal: Wind and Water + Bard, Archer, Mediator, Ninja, and Geomancer. Chapter Four - Earth Crystal: Wind and Water and Fire plus: Samurai, Lancer, Chemist, Dancer, and Mime. For the Dark Knight and Onion Knight, those wouldn't be allowed/available until the 4th chapter.
Granted there weren't a ton of Genesis RPGs, but they all had battery backup saves. I'm late but I finally came around to looking into this game. I'm surprised you weren't able to find any other runs. The fastest completion time for this game is 23 minutes from the time you gain control of Triton. I've actually made a few videos that I think you would be interested in checking out with one more on the way. If you do, could you post a reaction video?
Celine Ashton Precis Noel Leon Welch are still pure CRAP and are NEVER in my party so Bloody armor Claude Opera Bowman Dias/Chisato immediately and NEVER EVER remove it EVER on a Claude/Rena game SOLO lv Claude IN the Lasguss mountains to lv 100 then Bloody armor him as soon as you reach Hilton even on EARTH mode and NEVER remove it but KEEP the Marvel Sword the Aeterna/Eternal Sphere SUCKS with the Bloody armor UNLESS you give it A 100% hit rate.

Yes all the Tales of games consoles only are multiplayer but the Game boy color/DS/PSP/3DS/Vita games don't as for the handheld remakes of the Tales of games that NEVER left Japan all those are single player only even if the PS2 games were multiplayer.

Thieves are picky. You can't interrupt or impede them in any way until they have opened all chests. They also require a path to the exit as you surmise.
Is there anyway this can be re-released with the original difficulty? I haven’t touched the game because I heard even with all the patch work and “new difficulty settings” it’s still lacking for hardcore gamers. It’s sad these developers can’t just leave alone their original creation, they have to spoon feed everyone.
Anytime you want to search a thing when an NPC is standing in convo range you have to go the long way through the menu. Pull up menu and Inspect. The auto-do-the-default-thing button will always favor the NPC.
HI there, not sure if you still recieve comments so many years after the upload, however, just to let you know I am loving your views on one of my favourite games for PS1, and give you a few of my pet's names. I recall Squish the Manoeva, Feed the Barong, Dodge the Picket, Walk the Weadog and Slay the Dragon. The Kraken, I think, was named 'Avoid".

I've heard if you crit a thief and have inventory available, you get the items, but I'm not sure if that is just Sc1. Either way, it should at least put it in HQ. We'll try to get this fixed up.
Many attacks and weapons in the game have some sort of elemental property. Sort of an extension of the weapon triangle. So resistances, damage, etc. are affected. Rapiers have advantage over all sorts of properties. For another example I know off hand, Ankhs are strong against undead and dark creatures.
The O: is Origin and the F: is Force, but faction works as well. Yes, you may have been the inspiration to alpha the bookcases. That was around the time things like this became possible. That's why I watch all these LPs btw, to get first hand new eyes on things to see what else needs to be done. Then in this case, passed that suggestion on to the smart people.
