I'm roughly 4 years late but just so you guys know manifold pressure is manifold pressure. If your intake manifold is seeing 15 PSI it doesn't matter how big or small the turbo is. 15 PSI in the intake is 15 PSI. A bigger turbo might flow that much air more comfortably and at a lower temperature but just so everyone knows "flow rates" just give you an idea of how much maximum airflow a turbo can give. 30 PSI on a new efr 6758 and 30 PSI on some humongous 1,000 HP capable precision turbo is the same amount of air being flowed overall. One turbo is just maxed out while the other is barely trying. The guy that says he made some ludicrous number is either lying through gritted teeth or his motor would make about 300 WHP NA.
His Dudeness this vid is almost 7 years old.. I sold the entire swap at the end of the 2012 season after making hundred of passes.. kid I sold it to made a couple hundred more passes before something let go in the bottom end. I think it’s cause he was using junk oil, I always ran Brad Penn in it.
