I beat dmc5 for the first time a few days ago and it didn't hit me properly until i got to the end credit part at 4:10 and i thought damn this may genuinely be the best game i ever played i had so much fun couldn't recommend the game any harder
Before his fight with Nero Vergil is very childish, saying "if I beat Nero, then by default I beat you as well" which shows his childish mind seeing the rivalry with Dante as a preteen sibling dispute and he speaks very formally in contrast to Dante, but after the fight he is ready to become a real father, he grows up and his formal demeanour falls apart and we really see that in this scene "Where did you learn to count?!", "We got plenty of time", a sarcastic remark and a slangish statement shows how he is really beginning to overcome his trauma. In Vergil's version of this scene we see the opposite, he maintains his formal demeanour and rivalry with Dante. DMC really is one of those stories that is really infinite the more you stare at it.

you know just to get "views" you still have to make sense with your list. putting all triple A titles at the time in the video doesnot do that and makes you look disgustingly stupid.
What a timeless masterpiece, playing this game for the first time ever, you will either be one of the people who give up, or one of those who face the colossal challenge head on, and once you execute Isshin, you will feel something no other game can replicate, truly one of the best games ever made
1:53 IMO this is a pretty intense look. It’s a look that Dante never wanted to have towards his own brother. Does Dante want to hurt Vergil and kick his ass? Hell yes. But to truly kill him? No, that’s never what he wanted. So to see Dante’s look is pretty profound. It’s a mix of sadness and a warrior’s gaze. Sadness that he no longer has a brother anymore and the gaze of a warrior looking at his enemy. And for Dante, his enemies are Demons.
