That was impressive. I can do a lot of handstand pushups, even handstand pushups with a clap, but you are just on another level. Good one arm handstand and planch👍 Hope i will learn it someday.

I'm currently training 4-5 days a week, taking 2-3 days off / Deload days (where i do some stuff for fun or just do basic exercises, and what is basic depends on your current level). I'm mostly training for push every day, cause in a month i'll take part in a competition and i'm trying to increase weekly volume. But usually i train 3 days push 2 days pull, or 2-2. I train for street workout moves, so i do progressions/attempts when learning a new skill, or go for sets and combos when i'm stronger in a move (like Valentin Otz usually teaches). I'm currently working on my planche, trying to clean straddle and go for full planche. Been doing lots of holds and presses in straddle, and also working on straddle push ups as well. Hope it helps!

I've been training handstand pushups and variations for a while, and then slowly progressed through planche progressions. Using bands correctly might help you a lot with your planche prog as it helps building quite a lot of strength and understanding the movement. It takes quite a while for some people. for others is rather quick (i'm the slow one), just don't give up!

When I started out I had pretty rusty wrists, I couldn't handle a handstand with wall assistance because of wrist pain, so I started doing some wrist opening and stretching exercises. You can look up on RU-vid on wrist exercises (specially warming up and strengthening) and do some routines. Eventually you will have way less pain and stronger wrists!

It does in the early stages of planche, when you can't hold a tuck planche yet, but after tuck planche, planche leans are way more effective.
