Getting back into playing so was looking for some help beings I had forgotten the various inbetween parts. As others have said, this has to be one the most accurate and best on youtube. Not sure I will come close to all that but this is super helpful. Great job.
Hey everyone! If you'd like to use this performance on your Montage/MODX, I've uploaded it to Soundmondo for you. Check it out here: soundmondo.yamahasynth.com/voices/121920. Enjoy the sounds, and if you haven't already, please consider subscribing as a small thank you.

It is four layered brass parts for the run: -Pop Horns Bright -Trumpet (oct +1) -Trumpet Shake Vel -Jazz Brass Section One part for the chorus stabs: Brass Section I have panned the parts and done some mixing so they blend together! Hope this helps you!
I have made a part with the BrassSect3 Shake and Trumpet Shake+ samples to only sound at high velocity. I also use a mix of Tenor Section and Pop Horns Accent (oct +1). The Baritone is another part set to mono and gives the sound more beef. The Modx has the same sounds as the Montage so you should be able to replicate this closely.
@@ScottPlaysKeysthank you sir. My band is actually fixing to work on this next rehearsal. So you got Clav/Rhodes/Strings/Horns going? I have a yamaha CK88 &CK61 to pull this off.
ScottPlaysKeys, very nice playing. Love this song. However i notice that the placing of your fingers on the keyboard needs rearrangement. For example, when you play the chord Cadd9 you place the first, the second and the third finger on the C, D and G respectively (see 0:40 of the video). Your second and the third finger opens so much which in many cases will make your life difficult when playing. You do the same in other parts of your playing, seems like that your last small finger is weak. But since you are comfortable with that no problem for us. The result is the same. We here good music.
