@Madjid_Pazertyfo Making a pin could work too. If the O ring is a waterproof fit then just drill and pin. I bet could buy a pin to cheap and drill to the right diameter.
Yup all good in Kauai. The invasive guinea grass is really the cause in my view, 10 foot tall super flammable when dry and everywhere here. Hoping for rain or could happen here too. Super tragic what happened in Maui, sounds like there was no warning from the state.
that roller conversion sure looks like it's got some power! I've got a moicano and need to add a reel and want to swap to a roller. Under here in Washington state I need to get through those thick lingcod skulls! Cheers brother, dive safe.
I converted to a double band non roller. The bands kept breaking for some reason. I have another video on that. :) Sweet on the lingcod, going to vancouver island this summer hoping to dive.
Thanks for the update: I'm also looking at Leaderfins, just a bit in doubt over the medium or soft stiffness variant still.. (As I have quite strong legs thanks to competitive swimming, and might want some extra speed in case of a current) Also, there's still not a lot of information to find on online about these so I appreciate your update!
Oh yeah good to know! I recommend medium, they are fast when you need to pick up the pace but the energy return is better. For long dives and conserving oxygen and reducing muscle fatigue, highly recommend. My friend has crazy strong legs and really loves the medium as well.

Thank you for the follow up Video. for tha barrell lenght always got for 14mm bands. You also want a low volume knot on the wishbone side. I use Sigalsub roller muzzles and get 2 seasons out of 1x rubber set. keep experimenting!
I bought the US 9-10 foot pocket and am a US 10 1/2, also using a 2ml sock. It is a little tight getting on but fits great once in, I think pretty true to size. I didn't want it to be loose and wear thin socks so went with the smaller option.
Does it take you long to hold your breath that long? Granted our lakes here are colder, but I can't seem to hold my breathe for long like you guys. Cool shots!
You have to breathe up first, I do 5 deep breaths then long exhale then repeat for a few minutes. Saturate your blood with oxygen. Also warm water helps and good vis will relax the mind. 👍

Smart choice not sending that shaft back in that hole. Just a sketchy access to go caving for a shaft and powerful fish, assuming you don't stone it which is something you should never expect.. Plus, sometimes the footage you get when you don't fire is so much better than what you will get if you shoot and spook the show. I've had some of my coolest experiences when I restrained from shooting and saw how close some fish will come and then they get followed by so much more.
Yeah Taape are good eating for sure. I go after them with my small gun sometimes. Uhu was good size, gopro makes everything look small and was a far shot attempt.
The epoxy held but deepest depth was 35ft only. See how it goes. I broke the muzzle holding screw so used a self tapping screw and then ground it down so it wouldn't obstruct the shooting line so will be hard to add a plug. Man the gun is a night and day difference from before, super happy with it!
Well done, at least you know what happened. Most people wouldn't. We all get excited when we see a fish we really want. It really is a lesson in patience and relaxing, but it is damn hard LOL! Great little clip!Dive safe !
