Why is it that when I call in to the spare parts department there is no one there who has any clue what I'm talking about when I ask for this Easy Filter Setup. They act like it's brand new and they've never heard of it. Been trying to get a correct quote for almost a month now!
Hello and thanks for your question. Welding from the side would potentially be possible as well. However, heat input is lower comparing welding from top versus from the side, as in the later case we have to fully penetrate through one wire first before even melting the second one, energy flow will be asymetric. In case of welding from top side, we can evenly distrubute the energy input.
Biggest crap machine. The centering fails on most parts and is never consistent. The added a piston to hold the piece against the back gauges but still the early versions are garbage. Trumpf came to do setup and we did the Trumpf puzzle box and it took 8 attempts to get it right. That’s just not cool and stand alone teczone when it first came out was also garbage it wouldn’t work correctly with how it would communicate with the machine. When we finally got boost it was better and actually had a J axis fine adjustment but still without that’s piston it’s just crap
Thank you for your feedback on the TruBend Center 7030. We apologize for the issues you have encountered with centering and consistency. We have noted your feedback for our further refinement. If you encounter any other issues, we would be grateful if you can forward them to global.complaint@trumpf.com so that we can process them systematically. Your feedback is crucial for us to make necessary improvements. Thank you very much!“

We have and have had the same slat cleaner. Unfortunately, it does not work anything like that. We have to run our slat cleaner 2 times a week just to try to make our slats last up to a month and a half if we are lucky.
We are sad to hear that you are not happy with the cleaning result. Our experts will be happy to get in touch with you and find a solution. Please send us an e-mail to ✉ powertools@ch.trumpf.com with your country name and our local partner will contact you. Yours, TRUMPF Powertool Team
@@TRUMPFtube rsimonds@zpi is my email. I am in the United States of America. We are located in Leavenworth, KS. I work for Zephyr Products. We currently have a 5030 Fiber, a Traumatic 3000 fiber, and 3 press brakes that are all Trumpf. We are currently in the process of Purchasing a Tube 7000 tube laser and a new 12k fiber flat bed. We have had more trouble with our slat cleaner than I can imagine. Many times my guys have had to just take a hammer to the slats because the motor or brushes went out in the slat cleaner. I would love to hear some ideas as to what could be the issue. Especially at a price.point of $7,000. I thought that maybe we had too much slag on our slats but the ones in this video were the same as ours when we decided to change slats. Thank you for your help.
Can you explain why the scrap belt of the Tru Laser Tube machines occasionally gets stuck while there is nothing on or under it and why the screen freezes when there are 200 to 300 commands in it, this happens occasionally and if you load manually via the screen on the assignments page, when you load a profile idea, you can select a different idea or the same one while cutting, but I prefer if you load the same idea twice that you then only load it on the start screen
@williamjohndeere4873 Thank you for your curiousity. We cannot give you any information yet. But what do you hope to see in a 9000 that you are currently missing? Best regards from the TRUMPF group
Thank you for your question! TRUMPF is the world market leader in green light lasers. As a high-tech company we produce the most powerful green lasers. This is primarily used by the automotive industry to produce components for electric cars. For our 100 years anniversary we therefore created the biggest birthday candle in the world with a green laser beam. A symbolic act 😊
Hello @user-zz1gx2bp9k, thank you for your question! Our solution is very simple, as we showcase a full solution package (TLC System, Laser, Optics) and a proof of concept for an easy clamping approach (without 100s of clampings) and with very easy access. Laser welding enables more freedom in terms of processable material (5xxx) compared to oven brazing. By that the cooling plate gets more strength and play a structural role in the battery pack. Moreover you can integrate more features (routing, mounting spots,…) compared to “just cooling” plates. Finally you reduce costs (no cladded material, no filler material, no flux, less invest and machine footprint) and increase sustainability (less energy, recycled and monoalloys improve CO2 footprint). Best regards from the TRUMPF group
