Dimash commented on his Instagram when he uploaded the new video: "Maestro Adilzhan Tolykpayev and I sang the song ‘Karagym-ay’ by our teacher, Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan Kenes Duisekeev” - so the performance was emotional for both of them, I think. As a 83 year old father of 2 daughters and son...this brought me to tears. Not the first time with Dimash...and with his passion and sincere quest for vocal expression I will cry again with his songs. What a performance. Of all the songs he has sung, this one hit the hardest. It was raw and vulnerable. Everything he was feeling I felt. No Tricks. No Acrobats vocally. Just a song that needed to be expressed, feelings that needed to be let out. I mean, do you applaud it or just sit and reflect? Had I been in an audience and he sang this, I think at the end I would turn to the person next to me and hug them.
