Wtf is this hate bait title lol the cops are allowed to breach of they think there's a threat to the hostage. If they don't then they aren't valuing the hostages life, not the other way around.
No they actually aren't allowed to breach this or else cops will have an excuse to breach every bank job with an excuse saying the hostage life is in danger and they outright shoot the crims, that's fail RP and actually against the rules and police SoP back then. Valuing the hostage's life goes both way, the crims need to value the hostage's life since if they die they get breached on and if they dont have one they get breached on, reason why this situation is messed up since they have a hostage, the hostage is a bargaining chip for both the police and crims, crims need the hostage alive and well in order to get free passage, extra time and no spikes (usually the go to negotiations for NP that cops and crims agree on) while cops need the hostage alive since it's their job to value the hostage life since if they do breach lets say in this situation, the crims can just outright shoot the hostage while they dont follow through negotiations and its just fail rp all around

Lol too bad they do have mobile finger print systems. I've seen the UK border force use them often on that TV show. With that said Dan Failey is one of the worst cops and I dislike him IRL, so muck that guy.
I have been roleplaying since San Andreas came out seen the whole rise of GTA5 RP and a lot has changed over the years, toxicity has always been a thing in GTA but last few years it is getting out of control. I believe the biggest reason for it getting out of control is that GTA5RP isnt roleplay centered anymore but it has become a regular game where winning is the main focus of it all. In the early days of GTA5RP all the same ingredients were present in the realm but some precautions were taken to not allow it getting out of control, not all servers had the same rule set up but most populair servers had some very strict rules to keep it roleplay centered, there was always a good mix between Civ and GangRP on the better servers and a high quality of RP was the result of that. No PIxel could have a good influence in moving away from the non rp high toxic gameplay, they are still the most populair rp server in the world. They always had a very high level of roleplay on their server but last few years it also became more toxic and less roleplay centered. Something has to change to make GTA5RP less toxic and if the most populair servers dont make a change then the level of toxicity will go up and the quality of RP will drop even further.
The nostalgic side of me is kinda sad to see him go.. but in reality, I feel like bleach and 4head were the ones bringing a lot of the drama? And with Tyger’s ban it was only a matter of time before 4head dipped.
