@@baadbeats i've been great , if you dropped a loop pack i'd definitely cop it. Fr@nk's free packs had a chokehold on my sound for a while and I know if you dropped some it would 100% be a staple on my J. Cole channel.
@@baadbeats nah I mean you hit the nail on the head man, that’s exactly what I think of when someone writes MBDTF in the description. Well done brother, 10/10.
Gotchu gotchu haha. We’ll again, if u have any names u want me to use in the future lmk because I’m still gonna struggle to make original ones yk… much love fam-
@@baadbeats I name my beats by skimming through Jeopardy episodes. There’s plenty of interesting and unique words, names and phrases. I write them all on a list and bank them for later

I like to make a drum grove with one shots, then add different reverbs and distortion to make them sound as realistic as possible. Reverbs with a very wet mix and short decay work the best for me

Fl studio. If u are just starting out, I would recommend fl. I was using the free demo version up until late march… there is no need to drop a lot of money on a daw or plugins really. Regardless of what daw u do end up using, I would recommend watching people make beats on the same daw. For me, I watched nick mira and Simon servida make beats bc they use fl, and u really get a good look at shortcuts, tips and tricks, all that stuff. Hope your music production journey goes well bro!
