The Yakima Valley is a unique and diverse place. I’ve truly enjoyed living here and serving this community for over 20 years. Nestled between the Cascade Mountains to the west and the eastern flatlands, our Valley is perfectly situated to offer a thriving culture embracing all walks of life. From the young professionals and families newly discovering what Yakima has to offer, to those who have embraced it as home for many decades, seeing it through its ups and downs, it has something for everyone.
Sun 200+ days a year! Our climate creates the perfect environment for farmers, ranchers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. And all of this is surrounded by the beautiful green swaths of our orchards, hop farms and vineyards.
