Can i insure a ger reg car in spain once while all this is going on with German plates and its not on my name yet. Can i buy a car in Germany without having an address in Germany
Good afternoon. I am your subscriber from your RU-vid channel. I need some advice. Could you please help me? I want to rent out a room through airbnb.. but I’m having trouble with one question. Can you advise?
I drove the car myself to Spain from Germany. Once I was in Spain it took about 1 month to get all the papers in order and be able to drive the car with the Spanish plates.
Hi Robert. In answer to your question, I have an estimate (presupuesto) from an A/C company near Denia. For two MITSUBISHI hot/cold units as well as all the material plus labor, the cost is 2780 euros (that includes VAT). The Mitsubishi model is Electric MSZ HR 35.
I am currently studying at CETT UB and from my personal experience and from the people around me, I can definitely state that this university is not worth the money. We are treated as customers and not as students. Further, it does not even provide half of what it portrays to offer in the beginning. I think it is important to mention this personal opinion since in this Video CETT is directly addressed and i can provide another point of view for people, maybe researching where to study.
I think that it is a great idea but you would need a channel manager ideally to ensure that you don't get double bookings (someone booking the same days from different platforms)
Summer of 2023. Bought an E-SIM plan from Holafly for a drive through Quebec. Seemed like a great deal and I thought I was getting all the data I would need, plus some. Just one rub.... It worked fantastic within the city limits of Quebec and environs. As we left Quebec city and circled the Gaspé, the signal STOPPED and I didn't see bugger-all for signal, even in more populated places, like coastal cities or even Gaspé or Perce'. The first signal returned when we were well into New Brunswick and nearer the US border. When we needed cellular internet, I depended on my fianceé's Verizon, which seemed overpriced but was nearly always getting bars, thus a lifesaver if a budget buster. Holafly; a total waste of money for my trip. If my partner's Verizon hadn't been there, we could have been in a jam... You could probably use it if you are just planning to stay inside of big cities.
This is so stupid... I'm a usin/member of two other food chains in Sweden, and every offer, bonus, and loyalty program are connected with my bank/credit card, no scanning QR code, everything is automatic, and you can pay in cash, just blip your card and then cancel, it's now register and you can pay in cash! Lidl just make everything so complicated!
I find this system so dumb. All this on your phone in which they get your information. Why don't these shops just make life simple and reduce the price, this is a control of your private life which breaks all laws.
Hi, Roberto. What a great video, I was just looking for the exact costs to live cause I think is one of the most important things before checking something else about a country. Although, I would like to ask you about the health insurance cause now I live in Portugal and I have a health insurance from here but I don’t know if I’m gonna need another one for Spain. If it doesn’t work in Spain please could you tell me the price for a health insurance there?
Hi :) Sorry for the delayed reply. Health insurances in Spain can range in costs from 30€ (if you take very basic plans which don't cover much) up to around 100€. For about 70€ you can already have a pretty good plan.
The holes in the wall are for the refrigerant line "pipe" and drain. I live in the US and work in HVAC industry. You didn't over pay. The cost of installation is very inexpensive. My company would charge minimum $4,500 dollars. This includes the equipment, installation and electrician. We call those ductless splits in the US.
Awesome video, thanks for the time putting it together! I really like Interactive Brokers as they offer recurring investment but I'm having some issues setting up the broker account itself. I have many ETFs where it says I can't trade them because of the KID document. Did you have any similar issues, if so did you manage to solve them? I like the idea of trading with Interactive Brokers as it is a reputable broker but it seems to be way too complicated for someone who doesn't interact with these kinds of things on a daily basis.
I have no problem with Degiro charging whatever fees they wish, but they should be upfront about it. As you have correctly pointed out, they are deliberately obscuring and increasing their fees in an effort to make up for the loss of revenue caused by the bear market we are currently in. That's not going to work out for them in the long run, as they are going to lose active customers like you and I. I'm sure the inactive customers will not notice the fees, as they rarely trade. This is a sign of bad management, as their customer acquisition cost is already spent to attain you and I, but now they are losing previously happy and profitable customers and replacing them with random new customers that cost money to attain. Very foolish.
