Daniel and Victoria, co-owners at Urban K9, have the dedication and love for animals needed to efficiently and successfully run a time and effort intensive endeavor such as a full service kennel facility. My two kids have been regular customers there for the past six years. Those of you who have pets as part of your family understand when I say that I do not let just anybody care for my kids (two dogs, a male German Shepherd, seven years old, and a female pitbull mix, 10 years old). My kids are my life, they are my family. It is only through the highly qualified and professional service of the highest standards given at Urban K9 that I have the confidence and trust required to leave my precious family members in their care. They are truly a local business you can count on.

BBB (Ana) refuses to submit claims to Cox, even Cox wants them to get the complaint to them. There is clearly something very unethical and deceiving going on. Mr. Fehling, I'm not buying any of this. I strongly encourage you to have a chat with the Central AZ office and find out why they have been deceptive and unable to perform any of the expected functions a BBB normally provides. I can show many instances of incompetency and deception both intentional and inadvertent. I have resigned from a NASA position due to lack of security system due to lack of Cox services compounded by a terrible catch-22 they have imposed on me that resulted in almost a month now of no reliable communication services - by a sole source pseudo government services provider mind you.
Buyer Beware! They have been in charge of our community for 15 years. The first 5 years they did a good job but the service got worse year after year. They ignore my request to refund the 10 plus times they didn't show up but got paid. very unprofessional, buyer beware!!!
DO NOT call Norris Air to fix your air conditioner. They showed me absolutely no ethics whatsoever when repairing my air conditioner. After misdiagnosing the problem they refused to return and repair my AC after hours in the sweltering Phoenix heat in August. I had to call Parker & Sons (24 hr service) to fix my AC so that I could sleep comfortably at night. And Norris Air wouldn't even give me a refund. Based off my experience they don't deserve this award. I'm reporting them to BBB next.
