Loving the vid...tbh I think I'm going through the wtong career path (Business dev) and I'm trying to get an entry level position in HR (although not a priority)...but I don't have any fakery about me, not able to manipulate and be shady. HR people are good at faking, pretending they are thete for you.
@@adrienne5872I had a look at HR functions possibly the only interesting to me is recruiting. So I have changed my mind again. A lot of the other functions are basically a bunch of middle management people, supporting corporate decisions with the duty of internal communications. Recruitment is the only part that interests me, namely matching candidates with vacancies.
