Yes. Use MGSHDFix. The ini file set the mouse multiplier to 15 or something.

The mod maker is one of the devs of SaveMGO, they have a LOT of projects that they work on and this isn't their focus. Fingers crossed they find some free time to update it soon. @@Uzzi47
