Do you recommend advancing with skates & pads to better locate the skate & height as it is different than dryland height here? Also what leg strengthening do u recommend ?

dude, hockey has changed theres so many low rebound goals and low tip ins and dangles that you have to go down every single time because you never know when theres someone creeping up on your crease and can just tap it in.
