Thanks for your opinion! But this video was not meant to be an instructional video on how to mount the product. Just to inspire people to be aware that two curtains can be used in a combination. We have had it for over a year, and are VERY HAPPY about the solution and the flexibility it gives.
@@SwiftDK I wanted to know what you thought about it, so that question was answered. Well, first question was did I need to use google translate, haha. I was wondering what things you considered when you chose the order to mount them, which one to be closest to window?
This modification will increase the temperature inside the hard disk, the metal cover has a small hole equipped with air filter to allow air exchange to inside the HDD, this modification mess up this process .
I have sort of a same kind problem with one of the monitors connected using USB-C dock. For me the fix has been just to open and close the laptop's lid, then the screen flickering stops. I have no idea why this works.
Yes. What finally seems to have solved it was DisplayPort 1.4 (8K) cables from StarTech. It should NOT be necessary since it should only require DisplayPort 1.2 cables. But since I changed 6 months ago it has been stable. No guarantee from here, but it might be the same. Link to cables here: www.startech.com/en-us/cables/dp14mm2m
Think you should pay an expert for advise. I did that to make sure everything could perform the best way. It is very much up to what the final workload should be. We have not had any problems for 3 years.
currently experiencing the same issue with dual monitors connected to the dock, with output from a lenovo x1 nano. have you found a fix for it? i've tried all the suggestion from google via many reddit threads and all have failed to fix the problem
No! Even with latest firmware (september 2021) and changing to new monitors running on DisplayPort cables. It still drops out sometimes. So not really any 100% solution. The USB-C docks are just bad. Last week I was in the middle of a Teams conference call and the entire dock crashed, and it took around 20 seconds for Windows to reconnect to the monitors and network. Maybe the new Hybrid versions is better?? Anyone??
Same issue here just happened when moved everything to a new corner of the office once it was all plugged in screens went into strobe light mode on and off on and off- updated firmware and thought it was fixed till the screen saver popped on then when I control alt deleted chaious started up again
