@@peterprice5896 it’s a decent amount of weight for sure, I’d say it’s a lot but that’s a matter of opinion. There are guys who have done just over 200kg but at significantly higher body weights and potentially with PEDs too.
@@robertwegner9086 thanks man, loving this stone as a warmup tool at the moment, its pretty similar to the Inver Stone, same weight but much smoother! 🪨🙌🏻🏴
@@crawfordov24 look at the size of your nice thick rings way easier to pull then look at prowse’s rings they are tiny also I’m sure he wasn’t taking a little halo or cheque drops….a man born in the 1930s who had tubercular bones against a guy with access to modern training and “supplements” don’t insult my intelligence find out what “perspective” means.
@@peterprice5896 calm down sweetheart no need to get your panties in a twist, these are stones a friend of mine made to train for the Dinnies. I was down to have a go. I lifted the Dinnies 4 years ago, I was the 174th to perform the lift them unassisted. I completely agree that getting any sort of lift back then is impressive. I am also lifetime drug free. 🫡🪨🏴
@@crawfordov24 you are funny I bet you had to dig deep to give that answer ok mr Mitty I’ll let you get back to your view of reality….panties in a twist 😂😂😂
@@SomeKidFromBritain if you click on the recommended video on this one it’ll take you to my vid. #174 to do it and I think one of the few beltless and in a shirt and tie 👍🏻🪨🏴
Back at it with the sand bag. I tried a sandbag for the first time couple weeks ago. Way easier than stones. Got 250 1st shot tired asf after working hard. 300 bag is coming soon.
Super strong and also pretty genius, lifting it to your chest against the longer lever and in exchange getting the short side on your shoulder. 💪💪💪 Also, lovely location, really worth the high res 👍
@@dylanmoran1901 it depends, in some ways yes, in other ways no. The key difference is that you can be reckless with a sandbag as it won’t damage you but it shifts and absorbs power transfer more than a stone.
@@scotland.is.magical528 ah that’s cool, although it would probably take me weeks of pain to adapt to the volume of lifting smaller stones they will put in. 🙏🏴🪨
