Hey, Just wondering what your opinion is of the Vibe Makana is at this point. I am considering purchasing, but hear mixed reviews. Rspecially regarding the paddle drive. Thanks, CS
I had a vibe kayak before and yeah the customer service is pretty good. But I can tell you that the hulls will get really soft / flexable on hot days. They also get tore up kinda easy. They are pretty thin which is why they are lighter compared to other brands. I also figured out that they just import the kayaks and all the parts from china. Which is why they let you keep the drive. It didnt cost them much of anything since they import in bulk. I ended up selling the one I had. I looked at these but I dont like the look of that pedal setup now that Ive seen this video. Anyways have fun with the new boat.
Most tributaries of the Chesapeake Bay from VA up but they’re also north in NY and NJ and further south in FL and starting to pop up in other states. Awesome fish with a lot of fight.
Have you taken it out on the water yet? I've been looking at Vibe kayaks for when it warms up around me but I keep reading reviews there drive isn't the best and it is making me a bit hesitant.
I had a vibe kayak before. They are cheap for a reason. They are made in China and a lot of the parts dont hold up very well. Im also not to impressed with how that pedal drive mounts into the boat. Native has a much nicer way of doing it.

I am not from that region of the United States but that looks like a snake head and if it is, are you supposed to keep those and not put those back in this species and everything
