Could you hypothetically disconnect the hose line going to the di filter instead of taking it off and on? Or is it supposed to hydrate the housing and hose reel?
If not using the cart for more than two weeks: take off the DI housing, remove the DI filter, replace the the DI housing, connect a garden hose to the inlet, turn on water and flush system with bypass valve open for 5 minutes, close the bypass valve and flush for 10 minutes, open the bypass valve and flush for another 4-5 minutes. Turn off the garden hose, discount the garden hose. Remove DI housing, it will have water in it, so bump out the water, replace the DI filter and reinstall the DI housing onto the unit. The unit will be ready to sit for another two weeks..
I have the original filter and I have to change the resin but I can’t open it and because I ´m from MTL I don’t want to purchase another filter and have to wait 5 more days So what are my options?
The one that comes standard in the system will be glued on both ends. The empty replacement ones that you can refill have one end not glued on so you can fill it.
Nice rig! Quick question. I just purchased the 5stage max flow to add to my power washing business. I have a trailer with a 250gal tank for power washing. Can I run my max flow off the 250 raw water tank? Will the max flow pump draw water from the tank? (I’ll install the proper 3/4” size hose diameter with an in-line filter) Thank you!

The bristles will retain a bit of moisture adding a slight amount of weight. What you will notice more than weight is the drag the boar bristle has on the glass compared to synthetic fibers.
