44 years ago I was operating an SC150 in an open quarry in Shepperton Middx. Strong workhorse but not that fast, and no joystick controls back then, four levers for the boom and another two for tracking, along with a foot pedal for the bucket. Kept me on my toes with 4 Volvo BM's running under me for 8 hours a day. Totally enjoyed my time on these great machines. Glad I found this video to bring back memories.
I remember poclain everywhere as a kid looking back they were way ahead of anything else of their time and yes I think I saw someone else comment they should never have disappeared

Sur une ty 45 en 1976. 42 ans et demi dans les tp ma carrière avec des poclain une TyS une .MC 100. une Ly et une MC,80. une P60 p et 90CKB 220 CK B On les a appelés les paniers à fuites!Après ça s'est appelé poclain case.et aprés case tout court.Maintenant, c'est du Chintok.pour ma fin de carrière, c'était du CAT et du liebherr.
Ok...donc Hyundai a du piller tous les brevets Poclain pour en être là ou ils en sont aujourd'hui... Comment a t-on pu laisser couler une boite pareille...
Excellent video of the famous POCLAIN 1000CK.Very interesting to see the big POCLAIN in severe duty application.I believe the unit to be the mk1 version.The mk2 model had the larger operator cab,that could accommodate two people.Very useful for training new operators as well as better comfort level for the main operator.I enjoyed the entire video, but especially the footage of one of my favorite excavators.It is good to know that at least two of the CK1000’s still exist in France.Thank You for posting this rare video.
oui poclain à eu son heure de gloire avec ces innovations mais voila plus de poclain remplacee par du materiel alleand japonais suedois ect la france est perdue dommage
Chaque constructeur donne un nom ou un numéro à chaque machine. Dans le cas de Poclain ,à l’epoque, cela correspondait environ à la puissance moteur. D’autres vont faire référence aux poids des machines,quand on voit, par exemple, PC 240,cela correspond à la gamme de poids de vingt quatre tonnes
