Greetings from Houston Tx … is there workouts you could do for back posture or back workouts in general . I had a slouch before I lost so much lbs my posture is better but I feel I still slouch some it’s so annoying 😢

I'm glad to see you trying so many different exercises. One of the hardest techniques to acquire while lifting weights is breathing correctly. It's different from other type of exercises. Muscle needs oxygen. And get them gains 💪🏽
