If you read her book, she actually is a shy person and not ambitious. She loves singing very much, but never tried to be a big diva. If she wants her career to take off, there are many things she & her record company should do other than just making an album & promote it in one or two TV show. Like more money on publicity and gimmick to get noticed. Not to mention she's not young anymore, so her appeal is quite limited, IMO.
Love that you tackled this alone. Well done CR. AYAM was an amazing album hands down. Hopefully you'll have another opportunity to resurrect some more tunes from that album. Namaste!
Fun interview. And I would like to say that AYAM was one of the best pop albums ever. And it really showed off your chops you two. I hope someday you get the opportunity to dust off some of those tracks and perform them live. They deserve to have another bit of life in them. XOXO
